Wu Xiang With Salad Cream:
The outer coating was very crispy.. Within it, the filling was made of soya
powder to create the soft tender “meat” texture. Upon order, the owner will
start preparing the wu xiang from scrap. So it will take a while for this dish
to be served.
But the amazing taste makes the wait worth. Carrots were blended
together with mushroom and soya powder mixture to create the filling.
