egg yolk lava.
Launched in 1992, PrimaDéli is Singapore’s first home-grown
bakery franchise and the longest-running Singapore food franchise. They have
been known for producing good quality bread and cakes. This time, they are here
for salted egg yolk lava cheese tart and molten cheese tart. Now they are
running on a promotion from 8th April to 30th April 2016, selling Original
Cheese Tart at $2 each and Salted Egg Yolk Lava Cheese Tart at $2.40 each.
It has been really
a hot selling item has I have difficulties trying to have a taste of it. After multiple
failed visits, the staff at bukit panjang plaza outlet told me that I could
actually placed an advance order for it. I also got to know that for Bukit
Panjang Plaza outlet, the tarts will come in two batches, one at 11.30am the
other at 5.30pm.

It was recommended
that you can reheat room temperature tarts by putting into oven set to 180
degree celsius for 5-6 minutes. While for chilled tarts, you’d require the same
temperature with 10-12 minutes!
The staff informed me
that the taste will be slightly altered if reheating was carried out. But for a
more photogenic look of the lava oozing out, you can do so.
