Boss is a humble little shop in bugis cube selling Indonesian pancake/ Martabak
Manis. There are 20+ combinations in pancake boss ranging from traditional,
fruity, fusion, special to pizza.
Martabak
Manis taste very similar with Chinese pancake (Min Jiang Kueh) except there is
more interesting flavours here in pancake boss. In pancake boss, there is only
one size of the pancake. It is large enough for 3-4 people sharing.
The
shop can accommodate about 15 people. After ordering the flavour you want, you
can expect about 20 mins wait. As such, they have allow diners to pre order via

have order Ovomaltine + Nut to try. It cost $10.50. The pancake is soft and
buttery. It tends to be overly jerlat (sick of the taste) after taking about 2-3 piece per pax. I personally feel that the price is abit steep for this pancake. It would be better if the pancake are of small serving so that we can enjoy it without getting sick of it.
