A new japanese inspired Café serving éclairs and Yogurt
parfaits has set foot at kampong glam in August 2015.
With an all-white background, it makes the café very
bright and spacious to be in. We went during a weekday, so we have the whole café
to ourselves. The éclairs looks very delicious.

We have order 2 of the Parfait Set. Each Parfait set is
$20, consisting of one Parfait and a drink. For the parfait, we have chosen
Matchazuke (Matcha soufflé) & Hanami (Sakura soufflé). For the drinks, we
have chosen momo(peach) and apple green tea.

Hanami Parafait consists of Sakura Souffle, Vanilla
Pudding, Sakura Syrup, Cereal crunch, Hanami dango, raspberries, strawberries,
red fruit coulis and sakura langue de chat. This combination makes the parfait
fruit with sweet-sour taste.

Matchazuke Parafait consists of Matcha Souffle, Vanilla
Pudding, Matcha Syrup, Tsubushian, Dango, Mizu-yokan, Jasmine Crème Anglaise
and Matcha langue de chat. This combination makes the parfait sweet with
slightly bitter after taste due to matcha. The light fragrant of jasmine can be
detected.
